The principle of transparency is one of the guiding principles for the processing of personal data. Therefore, it is so important that the administrator - while meeting the principle of accountability - demonstrates that he has fulfilled all obligations under the GDPR to properly inform the natural person about the processing of his data. The administrator should take due care that the data subject is aware of the risks, principles, safeguards and rights related to the processing of his or her data. This excludes the possibility of secret and hidden processing of personal data, unless this is expressly permitted by law. The above allows us to conclude that the principle of transparency creates an obligation for the administrator to actively undertake the indicated actions.
